Theodoros is a graduate of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, with postgraduate studies in Biomedical Technology from the same university.

A significant health experience he faced with his heart at the age of 17 was what, as he says, changed his life for the better. In 2021, he shared his experience at TEDx Larissa, where he discovered his love for public speaking. This newfound passion led him to attend and complete the programs of theSPEAKERS after two years of studies. Additionally, he emerged as the winner of the 1st public speaking competition organized by theSPEAKERS.

With the same motivation that inspired him to speak publicly, he founded Cordia Health, a startup developing the first social network in Europe for connecting and supporting individuals with chronic diseases.

Beyond his involvement in biomedical technology, public speaking, and entrepreneurship, Theodoros is passionate about sports, especially basketball, traveling, and reading literature, philosophy, and self-improvement books.

His favorite quote is: "To do something extraordinary, you must believe it is extraordinary."
