Mental health has a very big difference compared to physical health. Many times, the signs it gives us about its instability / imbalance are either not taken seriously or we choose not to deal with them because we consider them not to be of major importance.
Through this workshop we will start a very interesting journey in the world of psychology / mental health and we will discover ways and methods through which we can get closer to it, learn how to manage our emotions, how to recognize problematic patterns and how to create and apply behaviors and expressions that will lead us to an overall internal balance.
