If you think you were absent the day they gave out the relationship manual, at school or university, you are not the only one. None of us have such a manual on how to communicate properly and build a beautiful and meaningful relationship. So what we do is get carried away and guided by the patterns we created in our childhood and in our previous relationships.

First date: Techniques and Expectations
What are the 4 forms of relationships?
What is the main reason for relationship failure?
Why is communication important in a relationship?
Dependent relationships and toxic relationships, what are the differences?
You will be able to realize what it is you are looking for from a relationship, what are the obstacles and how you can overcome them.
You will learn to recognise both your own and your partner’s feelings and ways to build bridges of communication.
